Food for Health and Pleasure: How to Reheat Pizza, When to Drink Coffee

How to reheat Pizza
This is some great information.  I'll have to try it.  Pizza is a mainstay of diets for many people, even health addicts, but especially tennis players that need the carbs, fat , and protein in a fast and simple food.

When to Drink Coffee
This is a great idea.  Drink a little later than first thing in the morning and stop by mid afternoon to avoid keeping yourself awake at night.

What Happened to Fed Against Hass

Fed Comeback cut Short by Hass

I watched the match.  Fed was flat and Hass was hot.  That combination has cost many great players a win against a player not considered their equal.  Hass is on the long side of his tennis career and for him to come up with play as he did is commendable and was nice to see.  Fed on the other hand is going to have some of these days where his timing seems gone and his movement is of course less and less anyway.  He may have thought that he could coast through this match and maybe didn't take it serious until it became serious.  Whatever the case, I still expect to see Fed back in prime form soon.  This should remind him to get in some serious competition before Wimbledon.  He should rent a grass court somewhere and line up one top player after another for some tennis.  Just my thought on the subject.  Congratulations to Tommy Hass and I hope his retirement becomes the best part of his tennis career.

An Aspirin a day has health risks

Aspirin regimen risks bleeding
First good, then bad, then good, and now bad again.  Who knows.  If you don't need it then I suppose the question is why take it.  The science changes regularly on most of these recommendations.

Nadal Wins French Open: La Decima, 22 Minutes of Mayhem, Best Player Ever, Something Old and Something New

La Decima
The tenth French Open for Nadal as he tops Wawrinka.

22 Minutes of Mayhem
It's hard to imagine a tennis match of over two hours of duration involves only 22 minutes of play.

Best Player Ever?
I'm not ready to say that he is but he is one of the best to ever play the game.

Something Old and Something New
In the men's we've seen this before, but in the women's side we have a new face in the game.

Health Update: Pets offer health benefits, Boredom health problems

Pets are the new probiotic

This isn't new information.  Past studies indicate pets in the home while children grow up adds to their resistance to allergies and other conditions.

Boredom  linked to health problems

No surprise here.  It is probably a mild form of depression.

Owning a dog means you have to walk it and get mandator exercise.  It looks like the solution is to own a dog if you're bored and you can take it for walks.
