Most of us don't have such problems and my normal suggestion is that you join a club or use public courts. Having your own court often brings troubles you might never expect including maintenance if clay, security worries as trespassers decide to use it as a skateboard park if a hard court, and having to pay taxes on it. Overall, unless you have lots of excess cash it's best to use the free ones or find a club that suits you.
