Health and Fitness News: 90 Year old does 24 pull ups on his birthday, Walk 7 miles per day if you have a desk job

I can't do that many now and I suspect most of us can't.  This should tell you that consistent effort to maintain fitness can help you stay fit and move you well beyond the mean into world class athlete.


Desk Job needs to be counteracted with walking

Heart disease is everywhere and the risk increases if you are less active.   Get moving.  Play tennis.
