Nutrition: Maintaining Weight Loss, Hydration, Bottled Water - the source, Water Filtration

Drop the diet for two weeks
This information does comport with the information showing that the human body adapts to dietary changes by adjusting metabolism so if you cut calories down and stay there your weight loss will level off.  It works better to vary your intake overall and changing patterns.

Be careful of the Tom Brady hydration method
As an athlete you should stay hydrated and whatever recommendations are given for office workers that don't sweat you should take into account that you do.  Drink water often and especially if you are perspiring and staying active.  Heat exhaustion is no fun and can risk heat stroke by losing too many liquids and not replacing them.

Sleep Deprivation Reduces Depression
When I grew up they called this work.  You have a job that requires you to get up early or in some cases work through the night and lo and behold you have no energy to be depressed.  Plus your body tends to focus on objectives and the goal of getting through the day and getting the job done is enough to change your focus.  I'm sure there is a biochemical benefit as well, but your need to focus has to be a big component.  Add in some coffee and there you are, viola, less depression until you get your paycheck and notice all the taxes, fees, and healthcare expenses taken out.

Bottled Water
The source matters and of course the resources directed toward it raise the cost.

Water Filtration - Here is another option.

My favorite it the Berkey system.  I've used this countertop system for the past three years and have found it an excellent alternative to bottled water.  Take the water you have and make it good tasting and safe.
