Tennis for Troops at Joint Base Andrews

I came across this story and found it interesting since it is at Andrews AFB or Joint Base Andrews as it has been dubbed recently.

It is a nice idea to give the troops something that in general with military pay they would probably not be able to afford.  Of course I wonder if the Military Brass gets preference.
